Dr Danijela Menicanin is a Lecturer in the Adelaide Medical School at the University of Adelaide. She is the coordinator of Human Biology in the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, and a member of the Adelaide Education Academy. Danijela’s research interests are on the identification and characterisation of stem cells in the context of development and regeneration of human tissues. More recently, she is investigating the development of effective teaching pedagogies in health sciences. Danijela is the recipient of the two University teaching awards.
