Diego is a Ph.D. Candidate in Psychology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. He has a Masters in Anthropology and a Diploma in Crime Prevention (at a local level, with youth and children and Sociologist) from the University of Chile. He has been conducting studies and evaluations concerning public policies since 2005 in the areas of citizen security, prisons, education, and public health.
