Dr Jack Chun received his B.A. in the University of Hong Kong and Ph.D. in the University of Toronto as a Commonwealth Scholar. His research areas cover comparative philosophies, applied ethics, critical and creative thinking and general education. His writings have been published by Oxford University Press, Routledge, McGraw-Hill, Springer and others. He has served as a consultant on creative thinking for Smartone-Vodafone and various departments of the local government. He is also interested in the innovative pedagogies of philosophy and has developed 2 large-scale MOOCs on edX and a multi-functional mobile app for teaching and learning ethics through comics.
