James was a postdoctoral researcher within the Behavioural Ecology group at Wageningen University & Research. He received his PhD in 2014 from the University of Cambridge. James is currently a postdoctoral fellow at University College Cork, where he is studying the social behaviour of birds across different habitats in a fragmented landscape.
