Dr. Petrov is a researcher at the Nanophotonics and Metamaterials department at ITMO University. He received his M.Sc. in solid state physics from St Petersburg State Polytechnical University, and Ph.D. in physics of semiconductors from Ioffe Institute and from University of Eastern Finland.
