Doroob

Doroob is a new transformational undertaking that is changing the way people are employed in Saudi Arabia by using cutting edge tools to increase access to education and professional training. Sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Labor, the initiative is bridging the gap between the educational system and the labor market to address unemployment among youth and women.

Accessibility is the hallmark of the initiative. Through a unique combination of e-learning, blended learning, on-the-job training and certifications, Doroob’s comprehensive program offers customizable educational experiences that meet the needs of each and every kind of student – at little or no cost – and opens doors to new professional opportunities. By making learning accessible, Doroob is transforming lives and improving the capacity of the labor market.

This vehicle for change is built with the relationships we have developed in the United States and around the world with key universities, researchers, content providers, innovators in technology and employers to bring a truly unique way of educating people for today’s Saudi Arabia.
