Auður Birna Stefánsdóttir is a project manager at Höfði Reykjavík Peace Centre and the Institute of International Affairs at the University of Iceland. She holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Iceland. Auður has coordinated different research projects, seminars and courses, such as a research project on refugees integration opportunities and challenges in Iceland and a Negotiation Course focusing on the “Harvard Method” in negotiation training and conflict management. Before starting work at the Peace Centre Auður worked as a project manager at the Icelandic Human Rights Center.
