About Me

Duanyi Yang is a PhD student at the MIT Institute for Work and Employment Research. Her research focuses on conflict and worker voice in organizations, comparative employment relations with a focus on Chinese employment relations and labor standards in global value chains. She received her bachelor's degree in Economics and master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
