About Me

Jan Tavernier defended his PhD on Iranian proper names and loanwords in non-Iranian texts from the Achaemenid period in May 2002. From 2002 until 2008 he worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) before becoming chargé de cours at the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
