About Me

Kathryn House is a doctoral candidate in Practical Theology. She served as Teaching Fellow for preaching, theology and trauma, and Christian theology and history courses. Her dissertation reconsiders theologies of salvation in light of intersections of race, gender, and sexuality in American Christian campaigns for sexual purity. She is ordained in the American Baptist Churches, USA, and the Alliance of Baptists.
