Dr Matthias Bogaert
His research has been published in several international peer-reviewed journals such as Annals of Operations Research, Decision Support Systems, and Omega.
Matthias obtained his Bachelor and Master of Science in Business Engineering (Option: Data Analytics) and PhD in Business Economics from Ghent University (Belgium). He currently works as a lecturer in Business Analytics at the University of Edinburgh Business School, where he teaches predictive analytics and modelling of data. He is also a visiting professor at Ghent University, where he teaches social media and web analytics. His research interests include social media analytics, customer analytics, machine learning and ensemble modelling.
