Nicole Coomber is an Associate Clinical Professor in Management & Organization. In addition to teaching management, leadership, and consulting, she is dedicated to helping women manage their complex lives more effectively. Nicole believes the time management, negotiation and communication strategies she teaches in her MBA classrooms at the University of Maryland Smith School of Business can help women navigate both their careers and families. She has a PhD in Education Policy and Leadership from the University of Maryland. She is the mom of 4 lively boys between the ages of two and seven.
