Esther is a student at Wageningen University & Research and developing and teaching this online course. A MOOC by students takes the concept of the “flipped classroom” to the next level, in which students teach instead of being taught. The entire production chain of beer will be discussed across four modules. The students will not produce the entire course alone: they will also be on camera and will engage with the participants. The team has since been expanded to include other enthusiastic students.
