Martin C. Euwema is full professor for Organizational Psychology at the KU Leuven - University of Leuven, chair of the research group O2L, and co-director of the Leuven Center for Collaborative Management. Martin is past-president of the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM). He has been working on conflict management and mediation for over 25 years, both in research, teaching and practice.
