Rachael W. Hodges

Rachael is the Simulation Coordinator at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville College of Nursing, and works alongside the Simulation Director for the College of Nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She collaborates with faculty to integrate, develop, plan and facilitate simulation events focusing both on skill competency and immersed clinical experiences for critical reasoning learning. Her clinical background is in Neonatal Intensive Care. Rachael has a passion simulation and is excited to share this passion for simulation with others.
