Biografía
Rebecca Harrison is a Ph.D. student in Science and Technology Studies. Her work considers how agricultural biotechnologists are deliberate, ethical actors navigating both a complex political economy and increasing public concern about genetic engineering. Before entering the social sciences for her graduate work, Harrison earned a bachelor's degree in animal science from Cornell. She has professional experience in agriculture, science and technology policy, and science communication. As a social scientist studying the everyday decisions of scientists, my superpower is my critical, panoptical eye.
