Do-Hyun Han

Do-Hyun Han is Professor of Sociology at the Academy of Korean Studies. He has been an advisor of community-driven developments for the Global Saemaul Movement (ODA Program) of the KOICA, and an advisor for the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Korea Saemaul Undong Center. At the Academy of Korean Studies, he leads an international research on reciprocity and cooperation. Prof. Han has recently published a book on community-driven developments titled The Saemaul Movement: A Sourcebook (With Larry Burmeister) in 2015.
