Michel M. Maharbiz
About me
Michel M. Maharbiz is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley. His research interests include building micro/nano interfaces to cells and organisms and exploring bio-derived fabrication methods. Michel is the co-founder of several successful companies including Tweedle Technologies and Cortera Neurotech and he was the recipient of an NSF Career Award for research into developing microfabricated interfaces for synthetic biology. Along with Fawwaz Ulaby, he is the co-author of the widely adopted Circuits textbook.
