Rob Prowse

Rob is an Adjunct Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and HR Division at UBC Sauder. Rob received his MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. He holds a BComm from the University of Ottawa with concentration in Organizational Behaviour, Finance and International business. Rob is one of the most highly rated teachers at UBC Sauder, working with undergraduate, graduate and executive students. He also works with local, national and global organizations through his consulting practice, which is focused on advising clients on organizational effectiveness and efficiency strategies and people development strategies.
