About Me

Akira Matsuzawa received B.S., M.S., and Ph. D. degrees in electronics engineering from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 1976, 1978, and 1997 respectively. In 1978, he joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd (Panasonic). Since then, he has been working on research and development of analog and Mixed Signal integrated circuit design. From 1997 to 2003, he was a general manager in advanced LSI technology development center. In April 2003, he the joined Tokyo Institute of Technology as a full professor and where he remains. Currently he chairs the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering , and is the founding director of the Center for Teaching and Learning. He researches mixed signal technologies and RF CMOS integrated circuit design. He is an IEEE Fellow since 2002. 松澤 昭(まつざわ あきら) 1978年 東北大学大学院 工学研究科 電子工学専攻 修士課程修了。同年,松下電器産業(現 パナソニック)に入社。以来,超高速A/D変換器をはじめとするアナログLSI,アナログ・デジタル混載LSIの設計開発に従事。 1997年 工学博士(東北大学) 1998年 半導体先行開発センターGM(部長職) 2002年 IEEE Fellow 2003年 東京工業大学大学院 理工学研究科 電子物理工学専攻 教授 2015年 同大 教育革新センター長 2016年 同大 工学院 電気電子系主任 教授
