Alma Moon Novotny

Alma Moon Novotny has a BSc from Duke University and a PhD from Purdue University. She taught for nearly 20 years in various schools of the University of Houston system, and for the last 12 years at Rice University, where she recently completed her fifteenth offering of immunology. In addition she has taught courses in plant, animal and cell biology, as well as development, genetics and biomedical ethics, giving her a broad foundation for her presentation of immunology. She has also written questions for both the MCAT and for the GRE Advanced Exam in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology and has several published test banks.
