Bobby Shiu

Bobby joined PolyU since 2014 as Clinical Associate. Prior to this, he had been Department Manager of a private hospital for over 20 years. Since joining PolyU, Bobby has been very interested and actively involved in learning and teaching activities which can develop students’ potential. He had led students for three times taking part in international professional competitions by different organisers. He helped established and had taken part in two study tours and had established an international peer-assisted learning project to facilitate peer learning and teaching between Hong Kong and Norway. He was a team-member of another PolyU-granted MOOC project.Besides being the coordinator of the Faculty’s Freshman Seminar for Broad Discipline in Health Science (HSS1010), Bobby is also actively involved in a PolyU-HKU Inter-professional Team-Based Learning project since 2014. He has great interest in cross-discipline collaboration and promoting Radiography image interpretation to students from other health disciplines.
