Carol Wicks

Dr. Carol Wicks is an Associate Dean in the Pinkie Gordon Lane Graduate School and a Professor of Geology & Geophysics at Louisiana State University. Her research has focused on hydrological, geochemical, and ecological disturbances in subterranean systems. At LSU, she served as Chair of the Department of Geology & Geophysics. Prior to joining LSU, she was a Professor in the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Over the past few years, she has focused on graduate education and graduate student success initiatives at LSU.
