He has created extensive training and development documents. He develops and manages internal and external training projects for the provider partnership management and contracting teams. He writes and edits training content. He has conducted a study to identify training gaps and opportunities for performance improvement within SBI.
He has also imparted training for officials of other organizations on varied digital topics for the learners in India and for learners of another country.

About me

A senior banker with 24+ Years of diversified experience in important positions in the State Bank of India. 7+ years of experience in IT Services Dept as Project Manager. Lead the team for implementation of various IT projects in the Bank. Presently, working as a Trainer at the State Bank Institute of Innovation & Technology (An APEX Training Institute of State Bank of India).

Keen on development of young Bankers / Professionals to enable them to serve best their organizations with practical exposure and updated knowledge.

He is passionate about using technology to help business processes and a firm believer that Information technology has the potential to change the business dynamics if used smartly. He utilizes problem-solving and project management skills for this position.
