Derek McDowall
About me
Derek McDowall has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science from Edinburgh University and a masters' degree in Educational Technology from University of Southern Queensland. After teaching in Republic of Seychelles and Papua New Guinea, he commenced teaching in Australia in 1989 and at Brisbane Grammar School in 1996. As the former Head of e-Learning at Brisbane Grammar School and with 34 years’ experience teaching science in the classroom, he is currently focusing his energies on online and blended learning.
