Doug Brtek

Doug Brtek has 15 years of experience of online course design, professional development, and performance evaluation across the corporate learning and development and higher education fields. He has facilitated professional development workshops on a variety of topics including course development, online learning strategies, technology based learning tools, online facilitation, and adult learning theory. Currently, Doug works within the academic and corporate entities and provides consultation on learner analysis, technology implementation, and learning management system configuration. Doug’s educational accomplishments include a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and Adult Learning from Bellevue University, and a Doctorate Degree in Education Technology from Northcentral University.
