Larry Baum is a research officer in the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Hong Kong. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and physics in 1987 from Harvard University and a PhD in neurosciences in 1994 from the University of California, San Diego. He conducts neuroscience research and teaches a Common Core course on The Evolution of Civilization.
