About me

I first picked up the violin at age 2, and spent the next 20-plus years battling performance anxiety and wondering why I couldn’t play on stage like I did in the practice room. Then, I went to Juilliard and discovered sport psychology, which totally changed my playing and opened my eyes to a whole new world to explore. After graduation, I put my violin down to get a PhD in psychology...and now I spend my days combing through the research on learning and elite performance, so I can help musicians of all levels perform up to their full potential on stage. If you'd like to become a more confident, skilled, and "bulletproof" musician, I'd love to share with you what I've learned.
