Emily Macedo

Emily is an educator currently working on the professional development team with Geering Up. She has 5 years of experience teaching grades 4-5 students in Ontario. Emily is bilingual and has taught a range of subjects from science, art, gym, to special education and specialized typing classes. Passionate about teaching STEM and the positive impacts of inquiry and project based learning, Emily now works at Geering Up teaching educators the confidence to bring STEM activities into their classroom in a fun and positive way.
