Esperanza is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Energy and Environment at IMT Nord Europe. She received her Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine (France) in 1994. She is the current scientific co-coordinator of the “Sources and impacts” group where she was recruited in 1994. Her research activities are focused on the composition, sources and oxidative properties of aerosols.
