Fabio Comelli

Fabio Comelli is a Senior Economist with the Institute for Capacity Development. Before joining the IMF, he worked for an asset management firm in London as an emerging market economist as well as at the European Central Bank and at Deutsche Bank. His research interests are on topics of international finance, estimating and forecasting emerging market sovereign bond yield spreads, and estimating the likelihood of observing sudden stops in capital inflows in emerging markets. He earned a Ph.D. in Economics at University of London.
