Freda is a senior lecturer in education and development at the Open University, UK and Academic Director for TESS-India. She has extensive experience in teacher education in both the UK and globally including leadership of the Masters in Education at the Open University and a large scale teacher development programme in Sub Saharan Africa www.tessafrica.net.
