Gary Frost

Gary Frost is Chair of Nutrition and Dietetics at Imperial College. Under his leadership, the Imperial Nutrition and Food Network has successfully developed innovative camera technology to improve dietary reporting and metabolic profiling. Gary has made major contributions to the field of clinical research and has published widely on topics related to nutrition in the elderly, appetite regulation, dietary carbohydrates, food structure’s influence on human metabolism, and obesity management.
