Graham Harrison

Graham Harrison has wide experience in all aspects of tax administration, gained initially with the Australian Taxation Office (where he was a Deputy Commissioner) and, later, as a Senior Economist with the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department, Washington DC. He has led and participated in IMF technical assistance missions in around 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He holds a BA in accounting and economics (Canberra, Australia).
