Hitoshi Nakatogawa

Hitoshi is an Associate Professor in the School of Life Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. in molecular biology from Kyoto University in 2002. His current research is aimed at solving intriguing mysteries related to degradation of biomolecules by “autophagy” using yeast as a model organism by employing various research approaches, including molecular biological, biochemical, morphological, and structural biological techniques.
