About me

Ilse Hennemann is advisor climate change & environmental governance at Wageningen Center for Development Innovation (WCDI) in the Netherlands. She is a human geographer and environmental sociologist in the areas of integrated landscape approaches, climate change adaptation, environmental governance and multi-stakeholder processes in eco-agricultural landscapes. She works in several international projects in Africa and Asia where she provides advisory and training services to contribute to more resilient landscapes. She also develops and facilitates short courses on Climate Smart Landscapes, Climate Change and Food Security Nexus, and Landscape Governance.
