Jacob Koehler

Jacob is a career mathematics educator, currently teaching undergraduate mathematics and computing at New York University's Stern School of Business. He studied mathematics and education at Columbia University, completing a PhD under the direction of Bruce Vogeli. Jacob is interested in the use of technology in teaching and learning mathematics, especially in how contemporary topics from machine learning and artificial intelligence can be integrated with the classic curriculum. Outside of teaching he owns and operates a commercial real estate development company and an indoor agriculture company. Jacob enjoys walks with his dog Lenny and biking through Manhattan.
