Janice Mandel

Janice Mandel is a Communications Advisor for the Open Voice TrustMark Initiative. She provides perspective on the range of issues to be addressed when implementing voice experiences through her work as writer/editor on the organization’s whitepapers across its industry groups and as a content manager for the VOICE conference in 2018, 2019, and 2022. Fun fact: Janice served as an adjunct professor at the Columbia University School of Journalism’s first mandatory “Computers and Journalism” course in 1981-2 created by professor Steven S. Ross.
