Michael Klippel

Dr. Michael Klippel, is a Senior Scientist, lecturer and research lead of "fire in timber group" since 04/14, Institute of Structural Engineering, Timber Structures (IBK), Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich, as well as program coordinator MAS ETH Fire Safety Engineering since 06/2018.

He has a background in both Civil Engineering and Business Management from Aachen University. He was a Research Assistant for the Institute of Structural Engineering, in Timber Structures (IBK), Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.
