Mike Hatfield

Dr. Michael Hatfield earned a PhD in Electrical/Aerospace Engineering from UAF in 1999. He holds a joint appointment in UAF’s CEM as an Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering and GI’s ACUASI program. He also leads UAF’s efforts to create aerospace/UAS courses and programs and mentors UAF’s Aerospace Club. Prior to joining UAF in 2013, Dr. Hatfield served in the USAF, holding various positions in aerospace engineering.
