Pablo Martínez Carignano

Pablo Julián Martínez Carignano is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires with an emphasis in Criminal Law. He has a master's degree in International Criminal Law from the University of Granada, a specialization in Criminal Law from the University of Buenos Aires Law School, and a postgraduate degree in Control and Management of Public Policies from FLACSO. In his career, he has held various positions in both the public and private sectors in Argentina and as a columnist and editor in various media. He currently serves as executive director of the National Road Safety Agency, an institution attached to the Ministry of Transportation of Argentina.
