Paolo Dudine

Paolo is senior economist in the Fiscal Affairs Department, where he worked on fiscal rules, the macroeconomic implications of fiscal policy and where he serves as the fiscal economist on Argentina and Vietnam. Prior to that, Paolo spent five years in the Institute for Capacity Development, teaching courses to country officials on Financial Programming and Policies (FPP), macroeconomic forecasting, and fiscal analysis and forecasting. Before ICD, Paolo worked on external sector issues of low-income developing countries. Paolo holds a PhD in economics from New York University and is currently on leave from the IMF.
