About me

Particia Gorman teaches in Columbia Business School and is the managing director of the Goff Strategic Leadership Center at University of Utah. Over a high-impact career, she has taught at Wharton and Columbia business schools and created executive programs for dozens of corporate and academic universities around the world, including Duke, LBS, and McKinsey. She translates academic research into practical skills, using a combination of her extensive consulting experience (McKinsey, LEK, Deloitte) and academic insights. Trish Gorman founded KEASkills, which provides assessments and learning materials for growing companies and consults growth-focused firms. She co-authored What I Didn’t Learn in Business School with Jay Barney and is at work on a new book on strategic growth.
