Dr. Tsang is a Clinical Dental Instructor in Cariology, Restorative Dental Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Tsang graduated from the University of Hong Kong, where he obtained his BDs and PhD degrees. He obtained his MSc degree in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Manchester, UK. He obtained his FRACDS in 2001 and MFDS RCSP(Glasg) in 2020.
