About me

Peter M. Dostler is a Short Term Expert and Revenue Advisor since 2016 for the IMF. Besides, the activities for the IMF he is an International Consultant with over 27 years’ experience in both domestic and international markets. He effectively organizes and delivers missions and consultancy worldwide in the fields of Strategic Management, Project and Process Management, Business Innovation and Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Leadership for High Performance. He is the founder and CEO of GD – Gestão & Desenvolvimento Empresarial Ltda, which is also representative of the Steinbeis Foundation from the Government of Germany and the Steinbeis University located in Berlin. As an experienced consultant and specialist in the field he also delivers lectures as a Tutor at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and at the School of Finance Administration (ESAF). He also worked as a University Professor and Executive Consultant at Kienbaum International from 1993 to 1999 – one of the five largest human capital consulting firms of Europe, the most traditional and market leader in Germany. He was trainer of the Managerial Excellence Program of the Brazilian Army – Office of the Commander – where he was awarding the Peacemaker Medal.
