About Me

Richard O’Quinn, LTC USA (Ret) is a PhD candidate at the University of Queensland Business School where he is researching leader practice of strategic decision-making. His interest in this field stems from his 23-year career as an officer in US Army Special Operations Forces. O’Quinn completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UQ in 2014 where he earned the MBA Director’s Leadership Award and was designated a UQ Class of 2014 Future Leader. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He is founder and director of Konnarock International, a consulting company providing executive advisory services in leadership, strategy, and organization improvement. He consults and coaches leaders and organizations across five continents.
