Sean teaches in the Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) program at UAF where he has been for 10 years. Sean holds a degree in Criminal Justice. He began his law enforcement career in 1991 in Utqiagvik, Alaska and most recently served as police chief at UAF. As an expert in personal preparedness expert, he has taught numerous courses on the topic and guided many through the steps to being prepared for any circumstance.
