Serge Ruzer

Serge Ruzer obtained his PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1996), where he teaches at the Department of Comparative Religion and the Rothberg International School, and is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for the Study of Christianity. He has published extensively on two main research foci: the nascent Christianity in its Jewish contexts and the early Syriac Christianity in its interaction with rabbinic Judaism and Greek Christian tradition.
