Subrat Kumar Sundar Ray

Mr Subrat Kumar Sundar Ray is a Post Graduate in Political Science from Delhi University and LL.B. from Berhampur University. His other qualifications are CAIIB, Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society for Training and Development and Certified Coach from CLI, Canada. He has attended the Basic and Advanced Human Processes Lab at Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences and Advanced Trainers’ Programme at Association for Talent Development, USA. For over thirty years, he has held various posts of responsibility in the State Bank of India.

He has a rich experience of designing, developing and delivering executive learning programmes as well as mass internal communication programmes. He has earlier worked as faculty in the erstwhile State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad. Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Development, Faculty Skills Development and Human Process Labs are his areas of expertise. Mr Sundar Ray is an avid photographer and a bird watcher. He has authored a coffee table book on birds. He also loves reading, travelling and listening to music.
