Sue Booth

As an independent researcher, Dr Sue Booth has conducted extensive research in household food insecurity for universities in Australia and overseas. Her interests include understanding the lived experience of people who are food insecure and ways to create effective public health and social policy. Over the last 30 years, she has taught and supervised dietitian and public health nutritionist students, published books, book chapters and academic articles.
